Right of revocation You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the item was transferred to you before the expiry of the period - also by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of these instructions in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of identical goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in combination with § 1 (1) and (2) EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) and our obligation pursuant to § 312g (1) sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in combination with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To comply with the revocation period, it is enough to dispatch the revocation or the item in time. Consequences of revocation In the event of an effective revocation, the mutually received services/goods must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you cannot return or surrender the services/goods and benefits received (e.g. benefits of use) or only in part or only in worsened condition, you must to this extent pay compensation. You only have to pay compensation for deterioration of the item and benefits derived if the benefits or deterioration are attributable to handling the item that goes beyond examination of the properties and mode of operation. Testing and trying out the particular item, as is possible and customary in a shop for example, is what is meant under "examination of the properties and mode of operation." Items that can be returned as a package must be returned at our risk. You must bear the normal costs of return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or, in the case of a higher price of the item, if you had not yet rendered counter-performance at the time of revocation or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return for you is free of charge. Items that cannot be returned as a package will be collected from you. Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be met within 30 days.
