Privacy Policy and consent to data usage

1. Responsible body

1.1. The responsible body within the meaning of Art 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) is TIPP-KICK GmbH, represented by its managing directors Mathias Mieg and Jochen Mieg, Dickenhardtstraße 55, 78054 Villingen-Schwenningen. Those responsible decide alone or together with others on the purposes and means of processing personal data.

2. Personal data

2.1. “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; a natural person is considered to be identifiable if the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of this natural person can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by association with an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more special characteristics. This includes, for example, name, address and telephone number as well as stock data, which are transmitted upon the registration and setup of a customer account. Statistical and/or anonymous data does not count as personal data.

3. Customer account

3.1. By registering and creating a customer account at https://www.tipp-kick.com you can manage delivery addresses, check order status and order history, manage your subscription to the newsletter and take part in special and discount campaigns. The stock data is saved.

3.2. You are obliged to handle personal access data confidentially and not to make it accessible to unauthorised third parties. We accept no liability for misused passwords.

3.3. A customer account can be deleted by clicking the “Delete Account” in the My Account area of the webshop on https://www.tipp-kick.com.

4. Newsletter

4.1. Our newsletter will be sent by email if you have explicitly confirmed subscription.

4.2. If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do so at any time in writing. An unsubscribe link is included in the newsletter.

5. Collection, processing and use of personal data

5.1. When ordering via the web shop https://www.tipp-kick.com your name, address, telephone number, email address and provided payment data are stored. If you have provided further data for the order, this is also stored.

5.2. Without your consent, TIPP-KICK GmbH will only collect the data necessary for carrying out the order and performance of the contract and, if applicable, the guarantee. It only uses the data provided by the buyer for purposes relating to the contract.

5.3. Personal data will only be disclosed or transmitted to third parties if this is necessary to perform a contract or settlement and appropriate consent has been given. The service providers employed by TIPP-KICK GmbH receive the data that is necessary for order processing. They may only use it to perform the contract.

6. Revocation of consent, right to deletion and right to data portability

6.1. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal at any time.

6.2. The revocation should be made in writing, for example by email, fax or letter to the address mentioned under 1.2.

6.3. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

6.4. In accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to request the deletion of personal data.

6.5. You have the right to receive your provided personal data in a structured, current and machine-readable format.

8. Web service analysis Google Analytics

8.1. TIPP-KICK GmbH uses the web analytics service “Google Analytics” from Google Inc. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer. The information collected by the cookie about your use of the website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. TIPP-KICK GmbH would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp ();” in order to ensure anonymised collection of IP addresses (IP masking). IP anonymisation on this website means that your IP address will be abridged within member states of the European Union and other contracting states of the European Economic Community. Google Inc. will use this information to evaluate your use of the website https://www.tipp-kick.com, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google will only transfer data to third parties on the basis of statutory provisions for the purposes of order data processing. Google will not associate your collected data with other Google data.
